今夏、一般社団法人WANOBI 和の美は、初の大規模展示会「茶室に見る和の美～新たなる『草』を拓く」を、竹中大工道具館にて開催させていただくこととなりました。この展示会は、日本の伝統的工芸作家9名の作品から伝統的な茶の湯の真髄を現代につなぐ試みをご紹介するものです。日本の職人たちの存在を世に知らせ、彼らについて語り、その素晴らしい技を共有することを使命とするWANOBIの世界をご覧ください。
This summer “WANOBI-Beautiful Japan” is holding our first large-scale exhibition 'Chashitsu Exhibition- Creating a New Style of "SOU"' at the Takenaka Carpentry Tools Museum in Kobe. This is a comprehensive art exhibition of the work by nine artisans, embodying the essence of traditional Japanese chanoyu ?the Way of Tea- with a contemporary feel for modern patrons to enjoy. We hope that this exhibition becomes a gateway to traditional Japanese culture.
